Dr. Ewa Zoltek Rescigno is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed a General Practice Residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J. Dr. Zoltek Rescigno graduated top of her class and is a recipient of countless awards and recognitions including Dean's List Certificate of Academic Excellence, Certificate of Academic Excellence awarded from OKU-Omicron Kappa Upsilon for each consecutive year of her studies, Senior Student Award for Academic Excellence and Outstanding Leadership, and Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity Award for attaining the highest academic standing during the prescribed years of study at UMDNJ – New Jersey Dental School.

In addition to these outstanding achievements, Dr. Zoltek Rescigno is active in community service. She has donated her time to helping others including oral care to the medically complex patients at Hackensack Hospital Dental Clinic, oral care to the mentally challenged at the New Jersey Developmental Center, and oral care to children of all ages at the Paterson Schools Dental Clinics.

Ewa Zoltek Rescigno, DMD, is the Secretary of the Passaic County Dental Society (PCDS). She is also an active member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU)- National Dental Society, Alpha Omega (AO) – International Dental Fraternity, American Dental Association (ADA), New Jersey Dental Association (NJDA), American Association of Women Dentists (AAWD), and Gamma Pi Delta – Prosthodontic Honor Society.

Dr. Zoltek Rescigno is a professional, compassionate, and caring person. She enjoys her profession and strives to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients while constantly improving her own knowledge and skill by using the latest, cutting edge materials, technology, and continuing education in the field of dentistry.

Elizabeth joined Gentle Dentistry in 1996 in the position of Office Manager. Her love of dentistry began when she was 17 years old. ""What I notice first when I meed someone is their smile. Working with Dr. Cannon and the team at Gentle Dentistry to help our patients receive the best possible dental care has been a great privilege. I enjoy helping our patients in every aspect of achieving their goal of optimal oral health, from explaining treatment plans to helping them with their financial arrangements. If is my pleasure to make our patients feel comfortable and at ease during and after their treatment"

Nadine's dental experience started as a dental assistant when she was a junior in high school. Her love for dentistry inspired her to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. She graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 1979. She has been with Gentle Dentistry since 1992. She prides herself in keeping up with the latest treatment modalities to offer her patients the best available care. Nadine truly enjoys the challenges of keeping your dental health at its optimum. Building good relationships with her patients is one of her specialties. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and the New Jersey Dental Hygienist Association.

Kathy joined the Gentle Dentistry team in 2001 and is our patient coordinator. She is the first face you will see when you come in for your appointment. She is always happy to assist patients in any way she can whether on the phone or in person and enjoys making our patients feel welcome and cared for. Kathy enjoys working with our great dental team and our wonderful patients.

Ginny is our Insurance Coordinator. She has been with Gentle Dentistry since 1995. Her knowledge of Dental Insurance is truly exceptional. She prides herself on her ability to resolve difficult claim issues. Providing customer service at the highest level is the hallmark of Ginny and her work ethic. She is ready and willing to go the extra mile to provide the patients of Gentle Dentistry with the information they need to maximize their benefits.

Catherine is our dental assistant "I love what I do. I enjoy coming to work everyday and love being a team player. Dentistry has become second nature to me. I have been a dental assistant for over 13 years.

Dr Cannon took me under her wing and trained me from the beginning of my career. I have attended Fairfield Dental Studies Institute and received all my certifications and licenses, as a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant. I attend continuing education courses yearly and keep updated with the latest techniques and materials. I am happy and proud to be part of Dr. Cannon's team at Gentle Dentistry".

Kim graduated from Middlesex County College in 1996 with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. She has over 20 years experience in Dentistry, which includes working as a Dental Assistant.

Kim has enjoyed working in a Pediatric office through her career. She has a caring and encouraging outlook making a dental visit fun and enjoyable. She looks forward to developing relationships with patients that will carry on into the future of their dental health.

Kim loves the beach and spending time with her family. She has two daughters who keep her life exciting and full of surprises each day. Summer is her favorite season.
